GPM’s parent company (Nimoi Holdings Pte. Ltd.) is a family holding company whose roots go back to 1959 when its predecessor, Woodside Holdings, was established as family office in the Colony of Singapore by the Directors’ grandfather, Sir Ewen Fergusson.

Prior to his current activities, David started Citigroup Indonesia's institutional securities business and was a Director of PT Citigroup Securities Indonesia. David joined Citi from UBS where he was a senior pan-Asian equity salesperson. Prior to this, David was as an equity analyst with GK Goh Indonesia (1996-1999) before moving to CLSA in 1999 as Head of Telecoms Investment Banking (a team which he started).
David was born in Singapore and is married with two children.
Before establishing Global Precious Metals, he was Manager of Trading & Business Development at Swiss Precious Metals Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. Nicolas began his financial career as an Assistant Private Banker with Lombard Odier & Cie. in Geneva, Switzerland, after which he worked as a relationship manager and trader at Swiss Heritage Pte Ltd, a wealth management company based in Singapore. Nicolas holds a Swiss Degree in Financial and Business Banking from Geneva.
He is married and has lived in Singapore for over 8 years.
Prior to moving to the precious metals industry, Vincent worked in the investment team of a single-family office assisting in the setup of a private jet charter operator and the launch of a fund management business focused on Indian private equity and real estate. Vincent began his career in Singapore as a management consultant for Arthur D. Little in 2004, focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the Middle East, North Africa, India, Indonesia and Singapore. Vincent holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from the Vlerick Business School.
He is a permanent resident is Singapore, and has one child with his Singaporean wife.
Widely recognized as a leading figure in the international bullion market, Jeffrey has been prominent in the founding and development of the Dubai Multi Commodity Centre since, a Government of Dubai enterprise, and has been a member of Dubai’s Gold Advisory Group since its inception in 2003.
He is a past chairman of the Public Affairs Committee of the London Bullion Market Association and was the founding editor of its popular trade magazine The Alchemist.
He has managed institutional investment portfolios in the UK, the Philippines and Vietnam and worked at Artradis in Singapore, Asia’s then largest hedge fund. In 2011 he was a co-founder of Blackpeak, an Asia based risk consultancy business. He holds several directorships including Blackpeak, Find a Wealth Manager and Funan Group. He has a BSc (Econ) from the University of Wales, passed the CFA exams in 1998 and completed the FT Diploma for Independent non-executive directors in 2015.
